Man it's been a while.
Hello again everyone, it's been an interesting couple of years since I last posted on here so I'll try to refresh the schedule a little. Updates won't be regular like clockwork, I'm in the middle of a Game Designer course right now as well as working so my spare time is very tightly packed.
I'll be uploading other bits and pieces here as well as my usual miniatures. This will be things like 3D models, story extracts and photos of whatever little projects I'm currently working on, hopefully it'll make my gallery more diverse which is always a good thing.
So the first image to be part of the refresh is that of my Adeptus Arbites. A friend of mine is running a heavily customised campaign which is loosely based on 40K rules, I chose to be the Arbites of the Hive world where the campaign is set. Research was my friend in making these guys, I looked at so many pictures of riot police and found as many Arbites images as I could. One thing I thought, as I was looking through the official and un-official artwork, was that, since the hive world is near the borders of the Imperium it would be good to veer slightly away from the canon image of the Arbites. These guys were going up against Inquisitors, PDF and even the odd Space Marine along with a host of other potential nasties, they needed decent gear (shock mauls, bolt pistols and carapace armour). Their primary means of attack would be stealth, being such a small team they don't want to be noticed right off the bat (urban-camo-style colouring). And finally, they're a team of hand-picked Arbites, each has their own skill-set and personality (very individual poses combined with unifying colour-scheme and armour)
Turns out I actually thought of roughly three things while making these guys
More will appear in the future as the team expands through campaign recruitment, hope you all like them and thanks for reading
